See profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting for the month, year to date, and period end.
Burn and runway reporting
Track the rate at which cash is being used and the estimated time available at the current pace.
Budget versus actual reporting
Compare actual performance with the approved plan where a usable budget is available.
Revenue and cost views
Organize revenue, gross margin, payroll, contractors, software, and other major costs around operating decisions.
Board and investor support

Monthly review

A profit and loss statement is useful only if the accounts are accurate and the founder can understand the result.
We prepare the core statements, organize the numbers around how the company operates, and explain material movements. You get a consistent view each month instead of rebuilding a spreadsheet before every board meeting.

We make sure the chart of accounts and monthly close can support the agreed reporting.
03
Deliver, review, and improve
You receive the package on a consistent schedule, can ask questions, and can adjust the reporting as the company changes.

How often do we receive reports?
The standard service is monthly. The delivery schedule is confirmed during onboarding.
Do you calculate burn and runway?
Yes. We can include cash, net burn, and estimated runway using an agreed method and the current accounting data.
Can you prepare board reports?
We can prepare the financial section and supporting schedules within scope. Management remains responsible for forecasts, narrative, and board materials unless additional support is agreed.
Do you provide financial forecasts?
Historical reporting and forecasting are separate services. If forecasting is available, the proposal defines the scope and assumptions.
Can you customize the reports?
Yes. Customization depends on the source data, chart of accounts, and reporting tools. We start with the decisions the report needs to support.
